摘要
分析了循环水系统在生产运行过程中出现的腐蚀、泄漏、堵塞和结垢等典型问题。指出:加强循环水管线焊接质量、防腐蚀质量和清洁化施工等方面的管理,是循环水系统稳定运行的硬件基础;充分做好循环水系统水冲洗、化学清洗及预膜工作是循环水系统高效运行的基本前提;加强运行过程中的水质监测,根据实际水质情况,及时调整补充水和药剂的加注量是保证循环水系统长周期稳定运行的重要手段。提出了循环水系统施工、试车投用和生产运行全过程的管理措施。
Typical problems of corrosion, leakage, blockage, and scale formation in the production and operation process of indirect open circulating cooling water system were summarized. It was pointed out that strengthening the management of welding quality, anti-corrosion process, and clean construction were the basis for the stable operation, meanwhile, chemical cleaning and pre-filming treatment were the basic prerequisites for the efficient operation. Strengthening the water quality monitoring and timely adjusting the amount of supplementary water and agent according to the actual water quality situation were important means to ensure the long-term safe operation. In the end, management measures of the circulating water system were put forward to achieve the results of reliable construction, scientific commissioning, and stable production and operation.
