循环氢压缩机干气密封系统接管腐蚀开裂原因分析

摘要 循环氢压缩机作为加氢装置中的关键设备,其运行的安全可靠性对保障整个装置的安全生产和经济效益有重要意义。因循环氢中含有大量硫化氢,同时氢气爆炸极限较宽,所以在使用过程中应杜绝介质泄漏,而干气密封系统很好地解决了这一问题。该文介绍了干气密封系统的结构、原理和工况,针对离心式压缩机在预硫化过程中出现的密封控制系统接管腐蚀开裂及泄漏问题进行了原因分析,重点介绍了在含硫化氢工况下工作的干气密封系统的使用注意事项,提出了相应的处理措施。 Circulating hydrogen compressor is the key equipment in the hydrogenation unit, of which safety and reliability is of great significance to ensure the normal production and economic benefit of the unit. Due to the large amount of hydrogen sulfide in circulating hydrogen as well as the wide explosion limit of hydrogen, leakage should be eliminated. It turns out that the dry gas sealing system can solve this problem. The structure, principle and working condition of dry gas sealing system were introduced. Moreover, causes of cracking and leakage of nozzle in sealing control system of the centrifugal compressor during presulfurization process were analyzed. Attentions in the use of dry gas sealing system under the condition of hydrogen sulfide were highlighted, and corresponding measures were put forward.
