民族国家、风险社会与西方公民身份重构

Reconstruction of National States,Risk Society and the Western Citizenship

公民身份是维系国家良性运行的重要构件。在民族国家的视域里,西方公民身份是在一个由多元维度动态交织的过程中被建构起来的,至少包括道德文化维度的同一性建构策略、国家赋权维度的功能分化建构策略、社会矛盾维度的排斥性建构策略。在风险社会语境中,现代西方公民身份的建构情境、动力、空间与方式都发生了变化。面对公民身份的基本问题约束,西方国家尝试在社会构成、民主范式、空间结构、文化内涵等方面重构公民身份的想象力。

Citizenship is an important component to maintain the healthy operation of the State. In the view of the national states,the western citizenship is constructed by many dimensions through a dynamic interweaving process. It contains identity construction strategy of moral and culture, functional differentiation construction strategy of national empowerment, and exclusive construction strategy of social contradictions. In the risk society, the modern western citizenship has changed its construction situations, power, space and form. In the face of basic problems of new citizenship’s construction, the west countries have been reconstructing the imagination of citizenship from the following aspects, such as social formation, democratic paradigm, space structure, cultural connotation and so on.
