公共场所水源中军团菌的研究进展

Research Progress of Legionella in Public Water Sources

军团菌是一种条件致病菌,存活在各种水环境中。当感染的气溶胶被吸入到体内,可能会导致严重的肺炎,称之为军团病。近年来各种公共场所水源中嗜肺军团菌的污染情况逐年增加,对人类的健康造成严重威胁,本文从军团菌的生物学特性、生境环境、流行病学、检测方法等几个方面对军团菌研究进展做以综述。

Legionella are opportunistic pathogens that develop in aquatic environment. When infected aerosols reach the human respiratory tract, they may accidentally lead to a severe pneumonia called Legionnaires' disease (LD). Recently,accumulated evidences showed pollution of Legionella in public water sources are more serious and threaten public health. The present study aimed to investigate the prevalence of Legionella species in public water resources by a systematic review which include that biological characteristic, habitat environment, epidemiology and detect method.
