摘要
哺乳动物卵母细胞成熟调控机制一直是生殖生物学的研究热点之一。哺乳动物卵母细胞自胎儿时期长期阻滞在减数分裂Ⅰ的双线期,直至青春期解除阻滞。此过程受环磷酸腺苷、环鸟苷酸、黄体生成素、表皮生长因子、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、蛋白激酶C、C型钠肽及其受体以及钙离子等多种信号通路的调控。论文对卵母细胞成熟信号调控机制研究进行综述,为卵母细胞体外培养提供一定的参考。
The mechanism of mammalian oocyte maturation has always been a research hotspot of reproductive biology. Oocyte meiosis is arrested at the diplotene stage of the first meiotic prophase from the fetal life, while resumption until puberty in mammals. This process is regulated by various signaling pathways,such as cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate, cyclic guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate , luteinizing hormone,epidermal growth factor , mitogen-activated protein kinase, protein kinase C, C-type natriuretic peptide and natriuretic peptide receptor 2 (NPR2),as well as calcium. Recent research on the regulation mechanism of oocyte maturation signals is reviewed, which provides a theoretical basis for in vitro culture of oocytes.
