摘要
抗菌肽是由生物体产生的一种小分子阳离子型活性肽,在先天性免疫中发挥着重要作用,能够抵御细菌、真菌、病毒、寄生虫等病原体以及肿瘤细胞对生物体的侵害。抗菌肽通过在细胞膜形成孔洞,使膜内物质流出而导致细胞死亡,也能通过作用于细胞内的蛋白质、核酸来杀死细胞,但对宿主细胞的毒性极低。近年来,越来越多研究人员投身到抗菌肽作用机理、抗微生物活性和开发应用的研究领域。论文综述了抗菌肽的作用及其机制,以及动物类抗菌肽的研究现状,以期为抗菌肽的深入研究和应用提供参考。
Antimicrobial peptide,a small cationic active peptide produced by organisms,plays an important effect in innate immunity,which is able to help organisms resist the infections from bacteria,fungi,virus,parasites and cancer cells.Antimicrobial peptide can kill cells by forming holes on cell membrane and making the material in cells outflow,and by effecting on the protein and the nucleic acid in cells,but it plays a little damage to host cells.In recent years,more and more researchers have devoted themselves to the research of the mechanism,anti-microbial activity,development and application of antimicrobial peptides.The biological action,the mechanism and the research status of antimicrobial peptides is reported in this paper to provide reference for research and application of antimicrobial peptides.
