Statistics Analysis on the Development of China’s Construction Industry in the First Half of 2019

在统计数据基础上,从建筑业增加值、建筑安装工程投资和建筑业总产值、从业人数和企业数量、劳动生产率、合同总额和新签合同额、房屋建筑施工和竣工面积、对外承包工程等方面对2019年上半年建筑业总体情况进行了分析。从建筑业总产值、新签合同额、跨省完成建筑业总产值、从业人员与劳动生产率等方面,对2019年上半年各地区建筑业的基本情况进行了分析。并简要分析了2019年上半年建筑业特、一级资质企业的基本情况。

Based on statistics data,the general condition of China’s construction industry in the first half of 2019 is analyzed, which includes the added value of the construction industry,investment in construction and installation projects,the total output value of the construction industry,the number of employees and enterprises,labor productivity,total contract amount and newly signed contract amount,building construction and completed area,external contracted projects,etc. The basic condition of different regions’ construction industries in the first half of 2019 is studied from the aspects of the total output value of their construction industries,newly signed contract amount,total output value of construction industry across provinces,employees and labor productivity. And the basic condition of construction enterprises with special and first-grade qualifications in the first half of 2019 is briefly discussed.
