摘要 瞬时感受器电位(transient receptor potential,TRP)通道是一类非选择性阳离子通道超家族,在哺乳动物发现的TRP通道包括七个蛋白家族,其中研究最多的是TRPV通道,作为TRP通道家族的一类亚型,近期研究愈来愈多的发现其功能与表皮屏障功能相关,可导致干燥与瘙痒。而干燥与瘙痒是老年常见皮肤疾患,其原因是表皮通透性屏障受损。因此,明确TRPV通道与老年表皮功能的关系有助于我们寻找新的药物靶点进行相关疾病的治疗。 Transient receptor potential (TRP) channels represent a large and unusually diverse family of nonselective cation channels which are classified in seven subfamilies including TRPC,TRPV,TRPM,TRPA,TRPP,TRPML,and TRPN in mammals.TRPV (TRP vanilloid) channels as the vanilloid subfamily of TRP channels are the most known subtype.Recent findings suggest that TRPV channels play an essential role in dry skin and itchness.Xerosis and pruritus are the most common clinic complains in the elders due to impaired epidermal permeability barrier.Therefore,identifying the relationship between TRPV channels and geriatric epidermal function benefit to find new drug targets for treating barrier defection related diseases.
