摘要
采用激光焊对2 mm和3 mm厚的YG20硬质合金和45钢进行不填充材料直接对接焊接。焊后对焊接接头进行取样,用扫描电镜对焊接接头组织进行观察,并分析了马氏体组织的形成原因。
The laser butt welding of 2 mm and 3 mm thick YG20 cemented carbide and 45 steel was carried out without filling material.After welding, the welded joints were sampled, the microstructure of the welded joints was observed by SEM, and the cause of martensite formation was analyzed.
