铸态高韧性球墨铸铁熔炼工艺研究及应用

摘要 对铸态高韧性球墨铸铁熔炼工艺进行了研究。选取QT400-18AL高韧性球墨铸铁作为研究对象,通过对化学成分及性能的分析,确定了球墨铸铁铸件炉料的加入顺序及加入量,最后根据脱硫处理、铁水预处理、球化处理和孕育处理等方案,确定了生产工艺参数。 The smelting process of nodular cast iron with high toughness was studied.QT400-18AL was selected as the research object and addition order and addition amount of ductile iron castings were determined by analyzing the chemical composition and properties.Finally, according to the desulfurization treatment, iron pretreatment, spheroidization treatment and inoculation treatment, the production process parameters were determined.
