锻造温度对4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1模具钢性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用不同始锻和终锻温度对4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1模具钢进行了锻造,并进行了磨损性能和热疲劳性能的测试与分析。结果发现,与始锻温度1050℃(磨损体积28.5×10^-3 mm^3,热疲劳裂纹9级)相比,1125℃始锻时4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1模具钢的磨损体积减小40.5%,热疲劳裂纹级别减小5级;与终锻温度850℃(磨损体积26.8×10^-3mm^3,热疲劳裂纹8级)相比,900℃终锻时模具钢的磨损体积减小36.7%,热疲劳裂纹级别减小4级。为了提高4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1模具钢试样的抗磨损性能和热疲劳性能,优化后的始锻温度和终锻温度分别为1125、900℃。 The 4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1 die steel was forged by using different initial forging and final forging temperatures, and the wear properties and thermal fatigue properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that compared with the initial forging temperature of 1050 ℃(wear volume of 28.5×10^-3 mm^3, thermal fatigue crack of grade 9), the wear volume of 4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1 die steel is reduced by 40.5%, and the thermal fatigue crack level is decreased by 5 grade when the initial forging temperature is 1050℃.Compared with that forged at the final forging temperature of 850 ℃(wear volume of 26.8×10^- 3 mm^3, thermal fatigue crack of grade 8), the wear volume of the die steel is reduced by 36.7%, and the thermal fatigue crack level is decreased by 4 grade when the final forging temperature is 900℃.In order to improve the wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of 4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1die steel, the optimized initial forging temperature and the final forging temperature are 1125 and 900℃, respectively.
