摘要
在查阅国内外相关文献资料的基础上,综述了金刚石表面碳化物形成元素单金属镀层以及金刚石表面碳化物形成元素的镀覆方法及其发展情况,可为金刚石表面改性的研究和应用提供参考。
Based on the related literatures in China and abroad,the single-metal coating of carbide-forming elements on the diamond surface and the plating methods for carbide forming elements on the diamond surface and its development situation were reviewed,which can provide references for the research and application of diamond surface modification.
