元素铬对粉末冶金Ti-1Al-(8-x)V-5Fe-xCr组织与性能的影响

摘要 以TiH2为原料,利用价格低廉的Cr元素来部分替代昂贵的V元素,采用粉末冶金技术制备Ti-1Al-(8-x)V-5Fe-xCr合金。研究了Cr元素添加量对该β钛合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,Cr元素有助于细化晶粒,提高合金的烧结致密度、硬度和强度;但过量Cr(>3wt%)的加入会降低合金的塑性。因此,适量的Cr元素代替V会降低原料成本,同时合金可获得良好的综合力学性能。 Taking TiH2 as raw material and relacing some costly V powders with low-cost Cr powders,Ti-1Al-(8-x) V-5Fe-xCr alloys were prepared by powder metallurgy process.The effects of Cr element addition on the microstructure and properties of the β alloys were studied.The results show that the sintered density,hardness and strength of the alloy improve by the refinement of grain by Cr element.The plasticity decreases when the Cr content is more than 3wt%.Moderate Cr powders instead of V powders can decrease the cost of the material,and then the alloy can obtain a better combination of strength and ductility.
