摘要
根据江苏某开发区污水厂一二期工业污水成分复杂,出水中COD、SS、TN、TP超标严重问题,介绍了磁混凝澄清-反硝化滤池-臭氧氧化消毒工艺在江苏某开发区污水厂提标工程中的设计与应用。运行结果表明,出水COD为20~49 mg/L、BOD5为2.0~8.7 mg/L、SS质量浓度为2~10 mg/L、TN质量浓度为4.0~14.7 mg/L、TP质量浓度为0.13~0.50 mg/L、NH3-N质量浓度为0.5~6.2 mg/L,去除效果均较好,该工艺可使出水稳定达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB l8918-2002)一级A标准。
According to the complex composition of industrial wastewater in Phase I and Phase II projects of the WWTP in a development zone in Jiangsu Province, the serious problems of excessive COD, SS, TN and TP in effluent were found. The design and application of Magnetic coagulation clarification - Denitrification filter - Ozone oxidation disinfection process in this WWTP was introduced. The operation result showed that the COD concentration was 20~49 mg/L, BOD 2.0~8.7 mg/L, SS 2~10 mg/L, TN 4.0~14.7 mg/L, TP 0.13~0.50 mg/L, and NH3-N 0.5~6.2 mg/L. The removal effect was all good, the effluent quality could stably meet Class One-A standard in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002) by this process.
