摘要
目的分析鉴定毛蕊花VerbascumthapsusL.鲜花、干花、鲜果实及干果实中的挥发油的组成及相对含量。方法水蒸气蒸馏提取,GC-MS法进行分析鉴定,面积归一化法测定各组分含量。结果分别从毛蕊鲜花、干花、鲜果实及干果实的挥发油提取物中确证了50、48、28和26个化合物。结论表明毛蕊花中的化学成分十分丰富,GC-MS可以对毛蕊花挥发油进行良好的分离鉴定。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of essential oil in the fresh flowers,dried flowers,fresh and dried fruits of Verbascum thapsus L.Methods The composition of the essential oil obtained from the fresh flowers,dried flowers,fresh and dried fruits of Verbascum thapsus L.was analyzed and identified by GC-MS and the contents were determined by normalization method.Results The Components of 50,48,28 and 26 were respectively identified in the essential oil obtained from the fresh,dried flowers,fresh and dried fruits parts of Verbascum thapsus L.Conclusion It turned out to be the case that the chemical composition of Verbascum thapsus L.was very abundant.GC-MS showed an accurate result of isolattion and identification the essential oil of it.
