腰椎间盘突出症中医证候学的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of TCM Syndrome of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的基于文献计量学对腰椎间盘突出症中医证候学的研究现状与趋势进行分析,以期对中医在治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究有所指导和参考。方法通过中国知网、万方、维普、中国医院数字图书馆四大数据库以“腰椎间盘突出症”+“证候”为关键词进行检索,运用文献计量学的方法对检索得到的文献进行分类研究。结果检索获得文献1386篇,有效文献为1208篇,主要包括期刊论文724篇,学位论文438篇,会议论文39篇,报纸类文献6篇,专利1篇。不同类型的期刊、学术团队或单位在腰椎间盘突出症中医证候学研究领域内的规模和影响力有明显差异,部分学者通过总结该地区骨伤名医、专家经验更有利于学术交流及发展。结论中医药在治疗腰椎间盘突出症上有独特优势,中医研究者应加大对于腰椎间盘突出症中医证候学的研究力度,通过更多途径深入挖掘中医药在疾病治疗上的优势,扩大中医药的影响力。

Objective Based on bibliometrics,the research status and trends of TCM syndromes of lumbar disc herniation are analyzed,in order to provide guidance and reference for the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Through the four databases of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu,and China Hospital Digital Library,the keywords were searched for“lumbar disc herniation”+“syndrome”,and the was used to search the literature.classification research.Results The search obtained 1386 articles,and the effective literature was 1208 articles,including 724 journal articles,438 dissertations,39 conference papers,6 newspaper articles,and 1 patent.Different types of journals,academic teams or units have significant differences in the scale and influence of TCM syndrome research in lumbar disc herniation.Some scholars are more conducive to academic exchange and development by summarizing the famous doctors and experts in the region.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Chinese medicine researchers should increase the research on TCM syndromes of lumbar disc herniation,and explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in disease treatment through more ways to expand the influence of Chinese medicine.
