PDCA循环管理在降低中药房中药饮片用药错误中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Management in Reducing the Medication Errors of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Decoction Pieces in Phamacy

目的探讨PDCA循环管理在中药房质量管理持续改进中的应用效果,降低中药饮片用药错误,提高患者的医疗质量和安全。方法应用PDCA循环管理法,通过对门诊中药房中药饮片用药错误情况进行原因分析,制定相应对策并实施,比较实施前后用药错误率,并评估实施效果。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,门诊中药房中药饮片用药错误率由活动前的2.85%降至0.92%,目标达成率122.16%,进步率为67.83%。结论应用PDCA循环管理能有效的降低中药饮片用药错误率,促进了药物安全、有效利用。

Objective To explore the applying value of PDCA Cycle Management in the quality management continuous improvement of TCM decoction pieces in phamacy,with the aim of reducing the medication errors of TCM decoction pieces and improving healthcare quality and safety of the patient.Methods PDCA cycle management was applied to analyze the causes of medication errors in pharmacy,and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated and implemented,compared the rate of the medication errors of TCM decoction pieces before and after the PDCA cycle management,and evaluated the effect of PDCA cycle management.Results After the implementation of the PDCA cycle management,the rate of the medication errors of TCM decoction pieces was reduced from 2.86%to 0.92%with the rate of goal achievement was 122.16%,the rate of improvement was 67.83%.Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle management method can significantly reduce the rate of medication errors of TCM decoction pieces in hospital pharmacy,and improve the safety and availability of drug use in patients.
