古医籍中针灸治疗恶心呕吐腧穴配伍规律的复杂网络分析

Regularities of Acupoint Combinations for Nausea and Vomiting in Acient Medical Literature Analyzed in Accordance with Complex Network

目的基于复杂网络技术,分析古医籍中针灸治疗恶心呕吐的腧穴配伍规律,为临床针灸治疗恶心呕吐提供选穴依据和治疗思路。方法以《中华医典》中针灸治疗恶心呕吐的古代文献为依据,“针灸”为主题词,结合“恶心呕吐”的古代病名,通过查阅71部著作,2937条针灸治疗恶心呕吐处方,筛选后纳入33部著作,195条针灸处方。建立针灸治疗恶心呕吐的古代文献数据库,运用SPSSModeler进行关联性分析,分析核心穴位节点和配伍关系,利用Gephi0.9.1软件展示复杂网络示意图。结果通过运用关联分析法和复杂网络分析法对腧穴与腧穴配伍进行分析,再经过对195条针灸处方进行数据录入与分析,将其进行频次统计,归纳腧穴、经脉、部位、特定穴等之间的配伍规律。结论针灸治疗恶心呕吐腧穴配伍规律主要以按部配穴、按经配穴、特定穴配穴为主。针灸治疗恶心呕吐腧穴配伍规律主要以本经配穴法、上下配穴法、前后配穴法、左右配穴法为主。

Objective To analyze regularities of acupoint combinations for nausea and vomiting in Chinese Ancient Times in accordance with modern complex network and to provide the basis for selecting acupoints and treatment for the treatment of nausea and vomiting of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods Based on the ancient literature of acupuncture and moxibustion for nausea and vomiting in"Chinese Medical Classics",with the theme of"acupuncture and moxibustion"and the ancient name of"nausea and vomiting",through searching 71 books and 2937 prescriptions,33 books and 195 prescriptions were screened out.The ancient literature database of acupuncture and moxibustion for nausea and vomiting was established.SPSS Modeler was used for correlation analysis,core acupoint nodes and compatibility relationship were analyzed.Gephi 0.9.1 software was used to display complex network.Results The compatibility between acupoints and acupoints was analyzed by correlation analysis and complex network,and then 195 prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion were input and analyzed.The frequency statistics were to summarize the regularities of acupoints,meridians,distributions and specific points.Conclusion The regularities of acupoint combinations for nausea and vomiting are mainly based on Points allocated according to location and meridians,specific acupoints combinations.The main methods are acupoint matching of the meridians,upper and lower acupoints matching,front and back acupoints matching,left and right acupoints matching.
