中医综合外治法对肛瘘术后大鼠脊髓及脑组织内P物质的影响

Effect of TCM External Therapy on substance P in the central nervous system of rats after anal fistula operation

目的探讨中医综合外治法镇痛的可能作用机制。方法SD雄性大鼠20只随机分为治疗组和空白对照组,每组各10只,治疗组建模后,给予换药刺激法、中医综合外治法进行干预,每日1次,连续5天;模型组(空白对照组):建模后,仅给予换药刺激法,每日1次,连续5天。结果治疗组舔肛次数较空白对照组明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组大鼠脊髓及脑组织内P物质含量较空白对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论中医综合外治法可以起到较好的镇痛作用,其作用机制可能与提高了大鼠脊髓及脑组织内P物质含量有关。

Objective To explore the possible mechanism of analgesic effect of TCM combined with external therapy.Methods Twenty SD male rats were randomly divided into treatment group and blank control group with 10 rats in each group.After modeling,the treatment group was intervened with dressing change stimulation method and comprehensive external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine once a day for 5 consecutive days.The model group(blank control group)was given dressing change stimulation method only once a day for 5 consecutive days after modeling.R esults The number of anal licking in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group(P<0.05),and the content of substance P in the spinal cord and brain tissue of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group(P<0.05).Conclusion-Comprehensive external treatment of TCM can play a better analgesic role,and its mechanism may be related to the increase of substance P content in spinal cord and brain tissue of rats.
