党的十八大以来构成中国“新时代”的社会内容是多方面的。党的建设与国家治理上一系列创新与突破,成为最重要的特征。从结构功能视角分析,诸多结构性政治创新,构成了新时代中国特色社会主义最显性的实践形态和理论创新体系。党的建设与国家治理上的重大创新与突破可以概括为12个最重要最有代表性的方面,是新时代中国特色社会主义最有代表性的重大理论创新。它们既是理论形态的创新,又是实践模式的突破,反映出我国推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的实际步伐和实际进展,也为继往开来,进一步开创新的战略大局奠定了基础,拓展了空间,凸显了战略主线。

The social content that constitutes China's "new era" since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is multifaceted. From the perspective of structure and function, various structural political innovations have constituted the most dominant practical form and theo- retical innovation system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
