自制专用病号裤联合自制弹性加压盐袋在肝癌介入治疗术后的应用

The application of self-made special sick man’s pants together with self-made elastic pressurized salt bag in interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探讨在肝癌患者介入治疗术后使用自制专用病号裤联合自制弹性加压盐袋的应用效果。方法选取符合标准的100例肝癌介入治疗患者,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组用简易盐袋压迫穿刺点和穿一般病号裤,观察组用自制弹性加压盐袋压迫穿刺点和穿专用病号裤,比较两组患者的穿刺点出血并发症发生率、患者的舒适度、腰背部痛、满意度。采用SPSS18.0软件包进行数据处理。采用卡方检验评估穿刺部位出血并发症发生率,采用t检验评估患者舒适度、腰背部痛及满意度,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组术后出血并发症(2例)明显低于对照组(8例)(P<0.05);观察组术后舒适(80.2±6.0)%明显高于对照组(71.8±5.8)%(P<0.05);观察组腰背痛(5.0±1.0)%明显低于对照组(5.4±1.1)%(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者介入治疗术后联合使用上述两项自制护理用具,可以减低穿刺点出血并发症,提高患者的舒适度,缓解腰背部疼痛,改善患者的就医体验,提高患者对优质护理的满意度,在肝癌血管介入手术的临床护理和应用程序中值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self- made special sick man's pants together with self-made elastic pressurized salt bag in interventional therapy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods A total of 100 HCC patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n =50).The patients of the control group were asked to wear the ordinary sick man's pants and a simple salt bag was used to press the puncture site after interventional therapy,while the patients of the observation group were asked to wear the self - made special sick man's pants and the puncture site was pressed with a self - made elastic pressurized salt bag after interventional therapy.The incidence of puncture site bleeding,the degree of patient's comfortableness,the pain of the waist and back,and the patients' satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.The relevant data were statistically processed by SPSS18.0 software package.Chi - square test was used to evaluate the incidence of hemorrhagic complications in puncture site,and t - test was used to evaluate the degrees of patient's comfortableness,back pain and satisfaction.P<0.05 was defined as the difference being statistically significant.Results Hemorrhagic complications occurred in 2 patients in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 8 patients in the control group (P<0.05).The degree of postoperative patient's comfortableness in the observation group was (80.2±6.0)%,which was obviously higher than (71.8±5.8)% in the control group(P<0.05).The back pain was (5.0±1.0)% in the observation group,which was remarkably lower than (5.4±1.1)% in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of patient's satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination use of the selfmade special sick man's pants and self-made elastic pressurized salt bag in HCC patients after interventional treatment can effectively reduce bleeding complications at puncture points,improve patient's comfortableness, relieve lumbar and back pain,improve patients' medical experience,and improve patients' satisfaction with high - quality nursing care.Therefore,these two home - made nursing appliances are worth popularizing in clinical nursing for HCC patients after interventional treatment.
