临床路径结合基于问题式学习教学模式在介入手术室新入职护士岗前培训中的应用 被引量:56

摘要 目的探讨临床路径结合基于问题式学习教学模式在介入手术护理教学中的应用效果。方法以2013年7月—2017年12月介入手术室的70名新入护理人员为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用临床路径结合基于问题式学习教学法,对两组新入护理人员的理论考试、临床技能考核、急救综合能力考核进行比较,并对比医师、患者对护理人员的满意度。结果观察组护理人员的理论考试、操作技能、急救综合能力考试成绩明显高于对照组,医患对临床路径结合基于问题式学习教学模式培训的护理人员满意度高。结论临床路径结合基于问题式学习教学模式有利于新入科护理人员全面掌握专业理论知识,提高临床实践能力,同时也能提高其自主学习及评判性思维等综合能力。 Objective To explore the practical effect of teaching model of clinical pathway combined with problem-based learning in pre-employment training of new nurses in interventional operation room.Methods A total of 70 newly-employed nurses, who worked in the interventional operation room during the period from July 2013 to December 2017, were enrolled in this study. The newly-employed nurses were randomly and equally divided into the control group(n=35) and the observation group(n=35). The traditional teaching mode was adopted for the control group, while the teaching model of clinical pathway combined with problem-based learning was carried out in the observation group. The results of theoretical examination,clinical skill examination and emergency comprehensive ability assessment were compared between the two groups. The satisfaction to nursing staff of doctors was compared with that of patients. Results The examination scores of theory test, operation skill and first aid comprehensive ability of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the doctors and patients had high satisfaction with the nursing staff who received the teaching model of clinical pathway combined with problem-based learning. Conclusion The teaching model of clinical pathway combined with problem-based learning is very helpful for newly-employed nursing staff to master professional theoretical knowledge in an all-round way, to improve their clinical practice ability, and to improve their comprehensive ability of autonomous learning and critical thinking as well.
