急诊护士急救知识掌握情况及影响因素 被引量:5

Mastery of first aid knowledge among emergency nurses and its influencing factors

摘要 目的调查急诊护士对急诊知识掌握情况,并分析影响因素,为医院继续开展培训工作提供依据。方法2017年12月选择成都市5家医院共207名急诊护士作为调查对象,采用问卷形式调查其对急救知识的掌握情况。分析得分结果及可能的影响因素如护士护龄、职称等,进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果急诊护士的急救知识得分为76.98±3.28,其中得分最低的为常用急诊药物的名称和用法(8.5±3.2),依次为急诊患者的症状观察(10.8±2.7)和中毒患者的急救护理(7.3±2.3)。而洗胃术(8.8±1.7)和心肺复苏(12.6±2.1)等掌握较好。优良组(≥80)61人,占比30.05%,合格组(60~<80)117人,占比57.64%,不合格组(<60)25人,占比12.32%。急诊护士获得急救知识的途径主要是工作经验(79.65%),岗位培训(54.76%),工作前院校教育(48.32%),工作后自学(29.87%)。单因素分析显示,护士的年龄、学历、护龄、职称、是否接受过岗位培训等可能是影响掌握情况的因素(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析显示,护士的护龄(OR=1.649,95%CI=1.504~1.808)、学历(OR=1.075,95%CI=1.025~1.126)、职称(OR=2.387,95%CI=2.342~2.433)和是否接受过岗位培训(OR=2.644,95%CI=2.397~2.962)是影响急诊护士急救知识掌握情况的重要因素。结论急诊护士的急救知识掌握有待进一步提高。护士的护龄、学历、职称和是否接受过岗位培训是急救知识掌握情况的影响因素,应加强相关教育和培训,提高成都市急诊护士的综合素质。 Objective To investigate the mastery of first aid knowledge among emergency nurses,analyze the influencing factors, and provide a basis for the hospital to continue training.Methods In December 2017,a total of 207 emergency nurses from five hospitals in Chengdu City were selected as survey subjects,and questionnaires were used to investigate their mastery of first aid knowledge.The score results and possible influencing factors such as nurses' working age and professional title were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The score of emergency nurses' first aid knowledge was 76.98± 3.28.The lowest score was the name and usage of commonly used emergency drugs(8.5±3.2),followed by symptom observation of emergency patients(10.8±2.7) and emergency nursing of poisoning patients(7.3±2.3).Gastric lavage(8.87±1.7) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation(12.6±2.1) were well mastered.The excellent group(≥80 points) had 61 nurses,accounting for 30.05%,the qualified group(60-<80 points) had 117 nurses,accounting for 57.64%,and the unqualified group(<60 points) had 25 nurses,accounting for 12.32%.The main ways for emergency nurses to acquire first aid knowledge included work experience (79.65%),job training (54.76%),pre-work college education(48.32%),and self-study after work(29.87%).Univariate analysis showed that the nurse's age,education,nursing age,professional title,and receiving post training were the possible factors influencing the mastery (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the nurse's working age (OR=1.051,95%CI=0.697-1.587),education(OR=1.075,95% CI=1.025-1.126),professional title (OR=2.387,95%CI=2.342-2.433) and receiving post training(OR=2.644,95%CI=2.397-2.962) were the important factors affecting the mastery of first aid knowledge of emergency nurses.Conclusion The first-aid knowledge of emergency nurses needs to be further improved.Nurses' working age,education,professional titles and post training are the influencing factors of first-aid knowledge.It is necessary to strengthen relevant education and training to improve the overall quality of emergency nurses in Chengdu City.
