摘要
目的阐述某乡镇水厂卫生学评价过程及结果,为开展相似评价项目提供参考依据。方法2018年8—9月,按照四川省《2018年农村饮水安全工程卫生学评价技术方案》,采取查阅资料、现场调查、采样检测及专家会商等形式,对四川省绵阳市某乡镇水厂开展卫生学评价并提出建议。结果工程水源水量能够保证,水源水水质符合Ⅲ类水质要求,有一定水源防护措施,取水构筑物完整,厂区卫生环境良好,水处理工艺满足制水需要,抽检出厂水和末梢水合格率为100%,水厂水质自检能力不足,消毒管理尚不十分规范。结论绵阳市某乡镇水厂存在一定卫生学风险。建议尽快划定水源保护区,加强水源保护,维护供水管网,完善消毒规范,加强药物管理,提升水质自检能力。
Objective To describe the process and result of hygienic evaluation of a township water plant, provide references for similar evaluation projects. Methods Based on the Technical Scheme for Hygienic Evaluation on Rural Drinking Water Safety of Sichuan Province in 2018, hygienic evaluation was carried out in a township water plant in Mianyang City of Sichuan Province and suggestions were put forward by means of data consulting, field investigation, sampling and testing and expert consultation from August-September in 2018. Results The quality of water source was guaranteed, which met the requirements of class III water quality. There were certain water source protection measures. The construction for pumping station was perfect. There were good sanitary environment in the factory area, and the production process could meet the needs for water production. The qualified rates of factory water and tap water were 100%. The self-inspection capability of water quality in the waterworks was insufficient,and the disinfection management was not standardized. Conclusion There are some hygienic risks in this project. It is suggested that water source protection areas should be delineated as soon as possible, water source protection should be strengthened, water supply pipeline network should be protected, disinfection standards should be improved, drug management should be strengthened, and self-examination ability of water quality should be enhanced.
