摘要
目的探讨特质希望对护理专业大学生压力知觉的影响,并考察自尊的中介作用。方法 2017年6月,采用《护理学专业大学生压力源问卷》《成人特质希望量表》和《自尊量表》对湖北省2所医学院校的342名护理专业大学生进行问卷调查。结果相关分析显示,特质希望与自尊存在正相关(r=0.56,P<0.01);与感知到的压力水平存在负相关(r=0.49,P<0.01);自尊与感知到的压力水平存在负相关(r=0.52,P<0.01)。多元回归分析显示,自尊对护理专业大学生感知到的压力有显著的负向预测作用(b=0.60,P<0.01),特质希望对护理专业大学生压力有直接预测作用(b=0.44,P<0.01),自尊的中介效应显著,中介效应占总效应的41.33%。结论特质希望可以负向预测护理专业大学生的压力知觉,在二者关系中自尊是一个潜在的中介变量。
Objective To explore the effect of trait hope on stress perception of nursing college students, test the mediating roles of self-esteem. Methods 342 nursing college students from two universities in Hubei Province were recruited for participation in June 2018. They were asked to complete a battery of self-report questionnaires, including the Nursing Students’ Stressor Questionnaire, Adult Dispositional Hope Scale, and Self-esteem Scale. Results Correlation analysis showed that trait hope was significantly positively correlated with self-esteem(r=0.56, P<0.01), and significantly negatively correlated with the level of perceived stress(r=0.49, P<0.01), while the self-esteem was significantly negatively related with the level of perceived stress(r=0.52, P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the self-esteem negatively predicted the level of perceived stress among nursing college students(b=0.60, P<0.01), and the trait hope had a significant prediction effect on nursing college students’ stress(b=0.44, P<0.01).In addition, the mediating effect of self-esteem was significant, which accounted for 41.33% of the total effect. Conclusion The trait hope can negatively predict the stress perception of nursing college students, and self-esteem is a potential mediator variable between them.
