城乡不同地域等因素对东北地区大学生心理健康的影响

Influence of different urban and rural areas on mental health of college students in Northeast China

目的了解城乡不同地域等因素对东北地区大学生心理健康的影响。方法以东北地区2所高校1 773名大学生为调查对象,采用χ^2检验、logistic回归模型进行分析,探讨不同地域等因素对大学生心理健康的影响。结果调查对象中有16.83%的农村来源大学生、16.03%的县城来源大学生以及22.53%城市来源的大学生处于非心理健康状态。χ^2检验结果显示,不同地域对大学生心理健康影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析不同地域(X12)对于大学生的心理健康存在一定影响,社交(X8)、性别(X10)、缺乏热情和积极性(X3)、悲观心态(X4)、感到自卑(X9)和被人误解(X7)也与大学生心理健康相关,回归方程:P/1-P=EXP (-5.1342+0.4963X3+0.5416X4+0.3397X7+0.5537X8+0.4604X9-0.4230X10-0.3704X12)。结论地域因素对大学生的身心健康产生一定影响,当前农村大学生的心理健康水平较先前有所改善,略好于城市大学生的心理健康。

Objective To understand the impact of different urban and rural areas on the mental health of college students in Northeast China. Methods 1 773 college students from two universities in Northeast China were selected as the survey objects.The χ^2 test and logistic regression model were used to analyze the influence of different regions and other factors on the mental health of college students. Results Among the respondents, 16.83% of rural source students, 16.03% of county students,and22.53% of urban students were in unhealthy mental state. The results of χ^2 test showed that the different regions had statistically significant influence on the mental health of college students(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that different regions(X12)had certain influence on the mental health of college students, social contact(X8), gender(X10), lack of enthusiasm and enthusiasm(X3), pessimism(X4), feeling inferiority(X9) and being misunderstood(X7) were also related to the mental health of college students,and the regression equation is obtained:P/1-P=EXP(-5. 1342 + 0. 4963 X3 + 0. 5416 X4 + 0. 3397 X7 + 0. 5537 X8 +0.4604 X9-0.4230 X10-0.3704 X12). Conclusion The regional factors have a certain impact on the physical and mental health of college students. The current mental health level of rural college students has improved compared with the previous ones,slightly better than the mental health of urban college students.
