糖尿病患者健康素养测量工具研究进展

Research progress on health literacy measurement tools for diabetics

随着国内外糖尿病的流行与发展,与健康结局密切相关的健康素养在糖尿病患者中的重要作用也愈发突出。根据研究导向、受试人群以及侧重点的不同,健康素养测量工具可分为直接性和间接性。本文对国内外糖尿病患者健康素养测量工具进行了综述。其中国外测量工具主要包括普适性工具如快速评估成人医学素养工具(REALM)、成人功能性健康素养工具(TOFHLA)等及糖尿病专用工具如糖尿病计算测试(DNT)和功能性、沟通行和批判性健康素养量表(FCCHL)等,国内除自主设计外多对国外常用测量工具进行文化调试。

With the prevalence and development of diabetes at home and abroad,health literacy,which is closely related to health outcomes,plays an increasingly important role in diabetes patients.According to different research directions,test subjects and focuses,health literacy measurement tools can be divided into direct and indirect.This paper reviews the health literacy measurement tools for diabetes patients at home and abroad.Among them,foreign measurement tools mainly include universal tools such as the Rapid Estimate of Adult Literacy in Medicine (REALM),the Test of Functional Health Literacy in Adults (TOFHLA),and special tools for diabetes such as the Diabetes Computational Test(DNT),as well as the Functional, Communication and Critical Health Literacy Scale (FCCHL).In addition to the independent design,many domestic foreign-made measurement tools are used after cultural debugging.
