Low-temperature reactive dyeing technology of woolen tops

摘要 为降低高温染色对羊毛的损伤,采用微悬浮体染色助剂XPND对高支毛条进行Lanasol CE与Lanasol活性染料的低温染色,通过单一因素变量试验研究工艺参数对染色性能的影响。优化的染色工艺为:甲酸1.5%(omf),微悬浮体染色助剂XPND 2.0%(omf),90℃:染色保温90 min,后处理纯碱4%(omf)。结果表明,染深色时,低温工艺与传统工艺染色毛条的颜色深度、色光与色牢度基本一致;低温工艺明显降低了羊毛纤维的损伤,单纤维与纱线的断裂强力与断裂伸长率均得到提高,细纱断头率明显降低,纺纱效率得到提高,细纱制成率提高0.6%~0.9%,低温染色毛条能很好满足生产加工要求。 In order to reduce the wool damage resulted from high-temperature dyeing,the micro-suspension dyeing auxiliary XPND is applied to low-temperature dyeing of high-count wool tops with Lanasol CE and Lanasol reactive dyes.The effects of low temperature dyeing parameters on dyeing performances are investigated through single factor variable method.The optimum dyeing process is:formic acid 1.5%(omf),micro suspension dyeing agent XPND 2.0%(omf),dyeing at 90℃for 90 min,and sodium carbonate used in after treatment is 4%(omf).The results show that the color depth,light and fastness of the dyed wool tops with low-temperature dyeing in deep shade are basically the same as those of traditional dyeing products.Compared with the traditional dyeing products,wool damage is reduced significantly in low-temperature dyeing,the breaking strength and breaking elongation of single fiber and yarn are improved,the breakage of spinning decreases obviously and the spinning efficiency are improved.Meanwhile the rate of spinning increases 0.6%~0.9%.The wool fiber dyed by low-temperature dyeing process can meet the production and processing requirements.
