摘要
根据系统动力学建模原理,构建了由S服装公司、直营店和加盟商组成的二级服装供应链系统动力学模型,通过改变模型中S公司的库存调整时间、库存覆盖周期以及运输延迟时间,观察系统模拟仿真运行结果中的订单波动、累计缺货变动情况,提出改善牛鞭效应和削弱累计缺货的措施.研究结果为S服装公司库存控制与优化提供了理论依据,对服装供应链库存控制亦有参考价值.
According to the principle of system dynamics modeling, a dynamic model of the secondary clothing supply chain system consisting of S clothing company, direct store and franchisee is constructed. By changing the inventory adjustment time, inventory coverage period and transportation delay time of S company in the model, observe the orders fluctuations in the simulation simulation results of the system, the cumulative out-of-stock fluctuations, and find out the measures to improve the bullwhip effect and reduce the accumulated out-of-stock. The simulation research results provide a theoretical basis for the inventory control and optimization of the clothing company, and also have reference value for the clothing supply chain inventory control.
