Dialogue Consciousness:New Thoughts on the Development of Philosophical Discipline in the Context of New Liberal Arts

从中西学科分类历史的视角把脉当前中国文科建设中存在的问题和困境,指出晚清中国传统学术现代化过程中“经学科”的取消,一定程度上造成对于中国传统文化传承上的断裂,这直接影响了中国现代学术的自立。因此新文科背景下中国哲学学科的创新具有“返本开新”意味,需要在与世界不同文明和不同学科的对话中发展出既具有民族性又具有世界性的新的哲学类型。

This paper,from the perspective of the classification history of disciplines in China and Western countries,analyses the current problems and dilemmas in the discipline construction in China, pointing out that,in the process of modernization of Chinese traditional academics in the late Qing Dynasty,the abolition of the classical subjects caused a break,to a certain extent,in the inheritance of thetraditional Chinese culture.The independence of Chinese modern academics has thus been affected. Therefore,under the background of“new liberal arts”,the innovation of Chinese philosophy means,to some degree,“returning to the original and opening up the new”.Moreover,a new philosophical type with both national and world features should develope in the dialogue with different civilizations in the world as well as with other disciplines.
