循证护理在儿童艾滋病高效抗逆转录病毒治疗中的应用及效果评价

Application and effect evaluation of evidence-based nursing in highly active antiretroviral therapy for AIDS in children

目的探讨循证护理在儿童艾滋病高效抗逆转录病毒治疗中的应用及效果评价。方法选取2013年8月~2016年6月该院住院接受高效抗逆转录病毒治疗的儿童艾滋病76例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法选取作为观察组40例和作为对照组36例。对照组采用小儿常规护理方法临床护理,观察组采用在小儿常规护理基础上施以循证护理方法进行临床护理。分别观察、分析和比较两组患儿的心理状态(焦虑抑郁评分)、症状护理、用药依从性及治疗效果评价。结果观察组患儿的心理状态与对照组比较,有明显改善、观察组患儿症状护理、服药依从性及治疗效果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论循证护理在儿童艾滋病高效抗逆转录病毒治疗中的应用不仅能改善患儿的心理状态,而且还能提高服药依从性和护理效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of evidence-based nursing in highly active antiretroviral therapy for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome ( AIDS) in children. Methods A total of 76 cases of AIDS in children admitted to the hospital from August 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, 40 cases were selected as the observation group and 36 cases as the control group. The control group used pediatric routine nursing methods of clinical nursing. The observation group used in pediatric routine nursing on the basis of evidence-based nursing methods for clinical nursing. The psychological status (anxiety and depression score), symptom care, medication compliance and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed , analyzed compared. Results The psychological state of the children in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group. The symptom care, medication compliance and treatment effect in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P< 0. 05 ). Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing in highly active antiretroviral therapy for AIDS in children can not only improve the psychological state of children, but also improve medication compliance and nursing effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
