树立文化自信需要一个持续学习和提升的过程,提振大学生文化自信对于新时代国家、民族和个人发展都有深远的价值意蕴。当代大学生的文化自信存在弱化之"困",这主要源于西方文化渗透下社会文化生态的不良发展,高校文化育人功能的淡化和缺失,以及学生自律意识和创新能力的弱化。提振大学生文化自信需要主体着力,不断强化各教育主体的主导性、能动性和交互性;需要占领相关场域,发挥好课堂主渠道、校园主阵地和网络主战场的作用;需要完善保障机制,建立健全软激励、硬约束并重的文化育人制度。

Boosting culture self-confidence of college students is of far-reaching value implications for the development of the country, the nation and the individual in the new era. The culture self-confidence of contemporary college students is weakened, mainly due to the poor development of social culture and ecology under the infiltration of the western culture, the weakness and lack of cultural education functions of colleges, and the recession of students’ self-discipline and innovation ability. To boost the culture self-confidence of college students, it requires the various educational subjects to continuously strengthen the dominance, initiative and interaction;it is necessary to occupy the relevant fields and play the role of the classroom, the campus and the network;it is necessary to establish and improve a cultural education system balanced with the soft incentives and the hard constraints.
