中国智能制造研究现状的可视化分类综述——基于CNKI(2005-2018)的科学计量分析

Classified and Visualization Review of the Current Research about Intelligent Manufacturing in China:Scientific Measurement Analysis Based on the CNKI Database(2005-2018)

随着国家的大力扶持和产业界的持续推动,近年来针对"智能制造"概念的研究和实践不断涌现。CNKI数据库中2005年至2018年已有的研究成果被量化地分析,梳理和总结,在此基础上针对离散制造和流程制造两大工业领域的区别,通过基于信息可视化和科学知识图谱绘制分析工具和关键词科学计量方法,分类讨论了智能制造概念在不同的产业形态下的研究路径和发展趋势,由此分别归纳了在两种不同业态下,当前相关的研究还存在的局限性和预测下一步可能出现的热点方向,以期为后续相关研究提供借鉴。

Along with the great support from the government and the industry improvement,the research and practice of "intelligent manufacturing" have been emerging in the past years.The research achievements in the CNKI database from 2005 to 2018 are analyzed,combined and summarized.Then in view of the difference between discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing,the scientific measurement method based on keywords is adopted,using information visualization and scientific knowledge map drawing analysis tools.The research path and development trend of intelligent manufacturing concept in different industrial forms are drawn.Finally,in order to provide references for future research,the limitations of current related studies are pointed out and the prediction of possible hot spots in the next stage of two production paradigms are made respectively.
