基于粗糙集的建筑工人安全认知提升策略研究

Safety Cognition Enhancement Strategy of Construction Workers Based on Rough Sets

针对目前我国建筑工人对安全认知的程度不高造成的安全隐患频发,从认知心理学角度出发,将影响建筑工人安全认知的因素分为内部认知情境和外部认知情境,包括个体、设备、环境、任务和组织5类因素;在对200位施工单位建筑工人调查的基础上,采用粗糙集和信息熵识别出关键影响因素;再利用前因—行为—结果分析法构建了提升建筑工人安全认知的策略。

In view of the frequent safety hazards caused by the low level of safety awareness among construction workers in China,the factors affecting the safety cognition of construction workers are divided into internal cognitive situations and external cognitive situations from the perspective of cognitive psychology,including five factors:individual,equipment,environment,task and organization.Based on the investigation of 200 construction workers,the rough influence and information entropy were used to identify the key influencing factors;the Activator-Behavior-Consequence analysis method was used to construct a strategy to improve the safety awareness of construction workers.
