摘要
集成创新滞后弱化了先进建造技术的项目价值及对建筑业转型的贡献。深层管理问题是如何激发技术集成代理人在创新中的被动合作。基于计划行为理论,以设计商团队为分析单元,探索了具有项目公民行为属性的、被动合作创新意愿的产生机制。采用SEM模型对219份有效问卷进行了实证分析。结果表明,设计团队的创新行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制等内在动机正向影响其被动合作创新意愿;公平感知强化了创新内在动机对被动合作创新意愿的正向影响,当技术集成创新代理人处于和先进建造交易制度相关的EPC式公平感状态下,计划行为理论具有更好的预测力。
The delay in the integral innovation has weakened the value of advanced construction projects and the contribution to transformation of the construction industry.The deep management problem is how to stimulate the passive cooperation of technology integration agents on the issue of technology integration innovation.Based on the theory of planned behavior,a new exploration is made for the generating mechanism of the intention of passive cooperative innovation with the certain project citizenship behavior,taking the design-side of the team level as the analysis unit.A total of 219 valid questionnaires were empirically analyzed using the structural equation modeling.The results show that the innovative intrinsic motivation of the design team for innovative behavioral attitudes,subjective norms and perceived behavioral controls is affecting their willingness to cooperate passively.Justice perception strengthens the positive impact of innovation intrinsic motivation on passive cooperative innovation willingness.When the technology integration innovation agent is in the state of EPC-style fairness related to the advanced construction trading system,the planned behavior theory has better predictive power.
