摘要
建立深海柔性立管弯曲限制器与柔性立管组合的三维有限元模型,研究弯曲限制器结构力学性能。根据弯曲限制器的工作原理,考虑复杂工况下,弯曲限制器的设计参数对其限弯性能的影响。计算结果表明:弯曲限制器不同设计参数会影响到柔性立管的弯曲曲率和应力分布。通过柔性立管的弯曲曲率以及应力分布情况,判断不同参数的敏感性,得到的结论可供设计参考。
A three-dimensional finite element model was established for the combination of a bending restrictor and a flexible riser. The finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the bending restrictor. According to the working principle of the bending restrictor, the influence of the design parameters of the bending restrictor on its bending performance under complex working conditions is considered. The results show that the bending curvature and stress distribution of the flexible riser are affected by different design parameters of the bending restrictor. According to the curvature and stress distribution of flexible riser, the sensitivity of different parameters can be judged. The conclusion can be used as reference for design.
