摘要
基于工业设计软件Design-Expert对PVA纤维和UHMWPE纤维掺量进行精准化设计。通过拟合流动度、抗折强度和抗压强度指标,建立回归方程。利用多目标优化的方法,得出目标纤维的最佳体积掺量,并对全风积沙超高韧性混凝土纤维增强效果进行预估和验证。当PVA纤维与UHWMPE纤维体积掺量为1/3时,混凝土的抗折强度提升38.6%。
Accurately designing the PVA fiber and UHMWPE fiber content is based on the industrial design software Design-Expert. The regression equation was established by fitting the fluidity, flexural strength, and compressive strength indicators. Using the multi-objective optimization method, the optimal volume of the target fiber is obtained. The reinforcement effect of the full-aeolian sand super-high toughness concrete fiber is estimated and verified. When the volume of PVA fiber and UHWMPE fiber is 1:3, the flexural strength of concrete is increased by 38.6%.
