干旱区夏季施工养护方式对混凝土抗压强度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章模拟了夏季干旱地区施工场地的养护方式,测定了水胶比为0.36、0.40,粉煤灰掺量为30%的混凝土试件抗压强度,分析不同现场养护环境对抗压强度的影响,为实际工程项目中的混凝土施工养护与质量控制提供参考。研究结果表明:夏季施工现场养护环境下的混凝土早期抗压强度增长率较高,后期强度增长率明显低于标准养护试件;水胶比相对高时,夏季施工现场养护环境下的部分试件28d抗压强度接近或超过标准养护试件强度,而标准养护试件的长龄期内部孔结构和水化产物发展优于现场养护试件,其强度发展更符合混凝土水化硬化规律;拆模后经标准养护时间较长的试件比标准养护时间较短及全程干燥空气养护的试件强度明显提高,延长早期标准养护时间可以显著提高混凝土后期强度。 By simulating the construction curing ways in summer arid area, compressive strength of concrete with the water cement ratio of 0.36, 0.40 and fly ash content of 30% was measured, and its development law under different curing conditions was analyzed to provide reference for the construction curing and quality control in practical engineering projects. Research results show that: The early growth rate of compressive strength of concrete in summer construction site is high, while its late strength growth rate is obviously lower than that of standard curing specimen;The 28d compressive strength of some specimens with high water binder ratio in summer construction site is close to or higher than that of standard curing specimens. However, the strength development of specimens under standard curing way is more in line with the law of hydration and hardening of concrete, whose later internal pore structure and hydration products develop better;The compressive strength of concrete with longer standard curing time is higher than that of the shorter standard curing time and whole dry air curing. Prolonging early standard curing time could significantly improve the later strength of concrete.
