摘要
在试验研究的基础上对脉动流化床的分选性能进行了正交试验,上升水流量、给料量及入料浓度3个影响因素,每个因素取3个水平,按L9(34)正交试验方案,设计制作了9组试验,研究了三者对降灰比、数量效率和可燃体回收率的影响顺序及显著性水平。试验结果表明:上升水流量对分选性能影响最大,给料量对分选性能影响比较大,入料浓度对分选性能影响最小,并与实验室单因素试验结果比较,验证了正交试验的可靠性。
Based on a large number of experiments and investigation, an L9(34) orthogonal experimental of a fluctuant liquid-solid fluidized bed separator was designed with three factors and three values including the upward flow, the feeding flow and the concentration, nine experiments were designed totally. The influence of three factors on the separation efficiency, the significance factors was determined. The results show that: the sequence of every factor for separation efficiency is adding the upward flow, the feeding flow, the concentration. By comparing it with the single factor tests, the orthogonal test reliability is demonstrated.
