摘要
制备了不同粉煤灰和羧甲基纤维素钠含量的试验样品,测试了各组试样的沉降比、黏度和黏结时间,找出了理想的复合凝胶防灭火材料配比,测试了复合凝胶防灭火材料的蒸发速率、失水率、堵漏性能和阻化性能等关键防灭火性能。研究结果表明:(1)复合凝胶和纯净水的失水率都随温度的提高而逐渐提高,且复合胶体中水分的蒸发速率约是纯净水的76%~83%;(2)无充填碎煤的堵漏渗透系数比复合凝胶充填碎煤大约125%左右;(3)复合凝胶充填碎煤的耗氧量是无填充状态时的40%,而一氧化碳生成量则是无填充状态时的31%。
Coal spontaneous combustion protection is an important guarantee of mine safety production. Samples with different contents of fly ash and CMC were prepared. The sedimentation ratio, viscosity and bonding time of each group of samples were tested. The ideal ratio of composite gel fire-fighting materials was found. The key fire-fighting properties of composite gel fire-fighting materials, such as evaporation rate, water loss rate, leak-plugging performance and chemical resistance, were tested. The results shows that: 1) The water loss rate of both the composite gel and purified water increased is with the increase of temperature, and the evaporation rate of water in the composite gel is about 76-83% of that of purified water. 2) The plugging permeability coefficient of unfilled broken coal is about 125% higher than that of composite gel filling broken coal;3) The oxygen consumption of the composite gel filling crushed coal is 40% of that in the unfilled state, while the carbon monoxide production is 31% of that in the unfilled state.
