摘要 六大高耗能之一的矿热炉行业,设备数量和产品产量超世界一流水平,与绿色高效发展的要求矛盾已经凸现。因此,按照节能减排技术要求研发的矿热炉能量系统优化节能技术,有利矿热炉行业节能降耗结果立竿见影,数据清晰,有益系统装备集成优化设计和装备制造水平的可持续优化,进而按“三步走”战略要求,实现一流的低排放技术水平目标。 The industry of submerged arc furnaces, one of the six major energy-consuming industries,The quantity of equipment and the output of products exceed the world first-class level.Contradictions with the requirements of green and efficient development have emerged.Therefore,According to the technical requirements of energy saving and emission reduction, the energy system of submerged arc furnace is optimized and energy saving technology is developed.Beneficial to energy saving and consumption reduction in the mining furnace industry, the results are immediate.The data are clear. Beneficial system equipment integrated optimization design and sustainable optimization of equipment manufacturing level. Then according to the "three-step" strategic requirements,Achieve the first-class low-emission technology target.
