炼钢系统Zn平衡测算研究与应用

摘要 通过物料平衡分析炼钢过程中Zn在炼钢系统的循环,评价转炉一段时间内废钢中Zn的指标,表明近期转炉废钢中Zn含量超过行业标准<0.25%,指出含Zn的转炉除尘灰不宜进入烧结工序,可进行压球处理,作为冷料在转炉消耗,可达到降本的目标。介绍公司转炉除尘压球应用及实践,月效益约193万元。 By analyzing the circulation of zinc in steelmaking system in the process of material balance and evaluating the index of zinc in converter scrap for a period of time, it shows that the content of zinc in converter scrap exceeds the industry standard less than 0.25% recently. It is pointed out that the dust of converter containing zinc should not enter the sintering process and can be treated by pressure ball, which can he used as cold material to consume in converter and achieve the goal of cost reduction. The application and practice of converter dedusting balls in our company are introduced. The monthly benefit is about 1.93 million yuan.
