肇庆市2014～2016年HIV高危行为人群干预情况分析

Intervention HIV high risk behavior population in Zhaoqing from 2014 to 2016

目的分析2014~2016年肇庆市HIV高危人群中艾滋病综合干预措施的实施现况,为落实高危干预有效措施提供参考。方法利用2014~2016年肇庆市各县(市、区)高危干预报表数据,分析3年内高危人群(吸毒者、性病就诊者、暗娼人员和男男性行为者)的干预量、检测量和阳性率等情况。结果 2014~2016年肇庆市HIV高危人群干预量共计42 376人次,高危干预对象的检测量中,性病就诊者人群检测量较大,共13 879人次,男男性行为人群较少,共108人次,且各类高危人群检测量均呈上升趋势;男男性行为者人群HIV阳性率分别为4.76%、19.57%和26.83%。结论男男性行为人群干预检测阳性率上升明显,但该人群的干预量及检测量均为各高危人群中最低水平,应加大对该人群的干预力度。

Objective To analyze the implementation status of comprehensive AIDS intervention among high-risk HIV population in Zhaoqing City from 2014 to 2016, and to provide reference for the implementation of effective high-risk intervention measures.Methods Based on the data of high-risk intervention reports of counties(cities and districts) in Zhaoqing City from 2014 to 2016, the intervention quantity, detection quantity and positive rate of high-risk population(drug addicts, STD patients, prostitutes and men who have sex with men) in three years were analyzed.Results The total number of HIV high-risk population intervention in Zhaoqing City from 2014 to 2016 was 42,376.Among the high-risk intervention objects, the number of STD patients was 13,879, while the number of men who had sex with men was less, totaling 108, and the number of high-risk population detection showed an upward trend.The HIV positive rate of men who had sex with men was 4.76%, 19.57% and 26.83% respectively.Conclusion The positive rate of intervention among men who have sex with men has increased obviously, but the intervention and detection are the lowest among all high-risk groups, so the intervention should be strengthened.
