摘要
要做到有效治理社会,就必须深入研究各种矛盾的不同表现及其矛盾程度的深浅和影响范围的大小,由此构建制度化的避免和解决矛盾且可操作的运行机制,并通过协调矛盾双方或各方由不适应、不适合到适应与适合,或部分适合、部分不适合到整体适合,从而化解矛盾,走向和谐,实现中国梦和以人为本全面协调可持续的社会发展。
To achieve effective governance of society,different degree of contradiction and in-depth study of various contradictions and the size of effect must be studied to construct the operating mechanism of avoiding and solving the contradiction. By coordinating the contradictories and resolving their conflicts,the comprehensive coordinated and sustainable social development and people-oriented China dream will be realized.
