大局意识是党中央提出的四种意识之一,是对共产党员在观念上的一种价值要求。人们对大局意识的现实讨论和工作要求分析较多,对大局意识的理论剖析却较少,而这对于人们认清大局意识现实意义影响较大。从系统科学视角看,大局意识的理论依据源于辩证联系观,其实质就是系统观的整体意识,也是一种带有时间参量的长远意识。这种整体意识对于普通民众和共产党员应有不同的具体要求,也是一种带有责任的担当意识和自我牺牲意识,更是一种不计名利的执着和坚守意识。

Overall consciousness is one of the Four Consciousnesses put forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,and it is a kind of value requirement for the Communists. People have more analysis on the realistic discussion and work requirements of the overall situation,but the theoretical analysis of the overall consciousness is less,which has a great influence on the understanding of the realistic significance of the consciousness of the overall situation. From the perspective of system science,the theoretical basis of the overall situation is derived from the dialectical relation view,which is the essence of the whole consciousness in the system view,and is also a long-term consciousness with time parameters.
