平衡针灸辅助电针治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of balanced acupuncture and moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

目的观察平衡针灸辅助电针治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床效果。方法将医院收治的周围性面瘫患者92例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组采用电针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以平衡针灸辅助治疗。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前及治疗3个疗程后采用House-Brackmann面神经功能分级系统对患者的面部神经功能进行评价,比较2组面神经功能变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95. 65%,高于对照组的73. 91%(P <0. 01);治疗后,观察组面神经改善情况明显比对照组好,Ⅰ级所占例数比对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论平衡针灸辅助电针治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of balanced acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Ninety-two patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with electro-acupuncture, while the observation group was treated with balanced acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Facial nerve function was evaluated by House-Brackmann facial nerve grading system before and after 3 courses of treatment, and the changes of facial nerve function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95. 65%, higher than 73. 91% in the control group ( P < 0 . 0 1 ). After treatment, the improvement of facial nerve in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the number of grade I cases was more than that in the control group ( P < 0 . 0 5 ). Conclusion The clinical effect of balanced acupuncture plus electro-acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
