婴幼儿早期发育中运用正确儿童保健的效果观察

Observation on the effect of using correct child health care on early development of infants and young children

目的观察婴幼儿早期发育中运用正确儿童保健的效果。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月医院出生的婴幼儿120例作为观察对像,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组实施常规保健指导,观察组实施正确、规范的儿童保健干预,比较2组婴幼儿疾病发生率和发育情况。结果观察组婴幼儿腹泻、消化不良、感冒、贫血疾病发病率均低于对照组(P <0. 01或P <0. 05);观察组婴幼儿智力量表(MDI)指数、运动量表(PDI)指数、体质量、身长均优于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论进行正确、规范的保健干预可有效提高婴幼儿抗病能力,有利于婴幼儿的早期发育,对于婴幼儿的健康成长有很大帮助。

Objective To observe the effect of using correct child care on the early development of infants and young children. Methods One hundred and twenty cases infants and young children born in the hospital from March 2016 to March2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health guidance,and the observation group implemented correct and standardized child health interventions. The incidence and development of disease in infants and young children were compared. Results The incidence of diarrhea,indigestion,cold,anemia and other diseases in infants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). The MDI index,PDI index,body weight and body length of the infants in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Proper and standardized health interventions can effectively improve the ability of infants and young children to resist disease,which is conducive to the early development of infants and young children,and is of great help to the healthy growth of infants and young children.
