摘要 针对矿用电气设备外壳的隔爆要求,采用弹性力学对矩形外壳进行初始化设计,根据设计参数运用三维软件建立三维数字样机,并结合有限元分析软件对三维数字样机的壳体和壳盖进行静力学分析,根据分析结果优化设计参数,满足矩形壳体的刚度和强度,为矿用隔爆型矩形外壳的设计与研究提供了理论依据。 According to the request of flameproof electrical equipment shell, the initialization was defined for design of flameproof rectangular tank with the plasto-elesticity theory. Based on the design parameter, established three-dimensional digital prototype;with the finite element analysis soft ware, analyzed the static stress of the enclosure body and cover. The design parameter was optimized according to analysis results, which satisfy the rigidity and strength requirements of the rectangular tank, providing a theoretical basis for the design and research of the flameproof rectangular tank for coal mine.
