常见油缸材料焊接预热温度研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过碳当量及热影响区最高硬度法,确定了常见液压支架油缸材料27SiMn、30CrMo、30CrMnSi的焊接预热温度。结果表明:上述材料碳当量均大于0.55%,可见其淬硬性冷裂纹敏感性较强;在热影响区最高硬度值允许范围内,油缸材料27SiMn、30CrMo、30CrMnSi焊接预热温度分别推荐为250~300℃、150~200℃和250~300℃。 Through carbon equivalent and heat affected zone the highest hardness methods, welding preheating temperature of 27SiMn,30CrMo and 30CrMnSi as common hydraulic support cylinder materials were determined. The results show that carbon equivalent of the above materials is greater than 0.55%, which can be seen that harden- ability and cold crack sensitivity is strong;within the allowable range of the maximum hardness value in the heat affected zone, welding preheating temperature of 27SiMn, 30CrMo and 30CrMnSi of oil cylinder materials is recommended respectively for 250~300℃, 150~200℃, and 250-300℃.
