轴向柱塞变量泵试验方法研究

Research on Test Method of Axial Piston Variable Displacement Pump

针对我国现有的试验标准不能充分测试轴向柱塞变量泵性能的状况,提出测试轴向柱塞变量泵的卸荷功率、切断功率、压力脉动以及负载敏感阀压力稳定性。实践证明,通过这些测试项目,可以更加充分地掌握轴向柱塞变量泵的性能,为优化液压系统设计提供参考。

In view of the fact that the existing test standards in China can not fully test the performance of axial piston variable displacement pump,the unloading power, cut-off power, pressure pulsation and pressure stability of load-sensitive valve were proposed to test axial piston variable displacement pump. Practice has proved that through these test items, the performance of axial piston variable displacement pump can be more fully grasped, which provide reference for optimizing hydraulic system design.
